genocide conflict and knows the form of the United States in intervening in the genocide conflict
in Rwanda. In this article the author will discuss the background of the Rwandan genocide conflict.
Specifically, this article reveals the reasons why the United States intervened in the Rwandan
Genocide conflict from 1990 to 1994. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using
literature studies. The data obtained is valid data which is nothing but secondary data by digging
literature from various online and print media sources such as books, journals, newspapers and
