| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui biaya,
penerimaan, pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha emping singkong yang ada di
Pedukuhan Bantulkarang, Desa Ringinharjo, Kecamatan Bantul Kabupaten
Bantul. Responden yang dipilih adalah para pelaku usaha emping singkong yang
setiap hari memproduksi emping singkong yang berjumlah 25 responden dengan
penggunaan bahan baku rata-rata selama satu Minggu sebesar 348,6 Kg. Metode
analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha emping singkong
dengan menghitung R/C. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat
disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata biaya eksplisit yang dikeluarkan oleh produsen
sebesesar Rp 2.964.326 dan rata-rata biaya implisit sebesar Rp 668.124. Untuk
total biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan oleh produsen emping singkong sebesar Rp
3.632.452. Penerimaan rata-rata produsen emping singkong selama satu Minggu
sebesar Rp 5.002.400, sehingga akan didapatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp
2.038.072 dan keuntungan Rp 1.369.948. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil analisis
kelayakan usaha yang dilakukan dengan menghitung R/C yang diperoleh sebesar
1,38 yang artinya usaha emping singkong sudah layak untuk dijalankan. Dimana
setiap satu rupiah biaya yang dikeluarkan akan mendapatkan penerimaan sebesar
1,38 kali biaya yang dikeluarkan selama kegiatan produksi berlangsung | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research to determine the costs, total
revenues, net revenues and feasibility of cassava chips Bantulkarang in
Allowance, Ringinharjo Village, Bantul District. Selected respondents were
cassava chips entrepreneurs who produce 25 cassava chips each day with
standard use for an average of one week at 348,6 kg. The analytical method used
to determine the feasibility of cassava chips by calculating the R/C. Based on the
results of research that has been done it can be concluded that the average
explicit costs incurred by producers amounted to Rp 2,964,328 and the average
implicit cost of Rp 668,124. The average total cost spent by cassava chips
producers is Rp 3,632,452. The average total revenue of cassava chips producers
for one week is Rp 5,002,400, so that net revenue of Rp 2,038,072 and a profit of
Rp 1,369,948 will be obtained. While based on the results of the business
feasibility analysis carried out by calculating the R/C obtained by 1.38, which
means the cassava chips have been feasible to run. Where every one rupiah costs
