| dc.description | This study aims to determine the effect of community participation, the competence of BUMDes managers, accountability of BUMDes management, and strategic planning. This test uses BUMDes management accountability as the dependent variable, strategic planning as a mediating variable, as well as community participation variables and the competence of BUMDes managers as independent variables. The sample used was the chairman and treasurer of the BUMDes located in Bantul Regency, Special Province of Yogyakarta. This research uses purposive sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Based on the questionnaire distribution process, a sample of 57 respondents was obtained, and 33 BUMDes were obtained. Hypothesis testing in thisstudyusesSEM(structuralequationmodeling) analysisbasedonvariance or partial least squares by using the SmartPLS V.3.2.8 software application. The results showed that strategic planning has a positive effect on the accountability of BUMDes management, community participation directly or indirectly has a positive effect on the accountability of BUMDes management through strategic planning, and the competence of BUMDes managers directly does not affect the accountability of BUMDes management, and the competence of BUMDes managers indirectly positive effect on accountability of BUMDes management throughstrategicplanning. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi masyarakat, kompetensi pengelola BUMDes, akuntabilitas pengelolaan BUMDes, dan perencanaan strategis. Pengujian ini menggunakan akuntabilitas pengelolaan BUMDes sebagai variabel dependen, perencanaan strategis sebagai variabel mediasi, serta variabel partisipasi masyarakat dan kompetensi pengelola BUMDes sebagai varibel independen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah ketua dan bendahara BUMDes yang terdapat Di Kabupaten Bantul, Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Berdasarkan proses penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan, diperoleh sampel 57 responden, dan 33 unit BUMDes. Uji Hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM (structural equation modelling) berbasis variance atau partial least squares dengan menggunakan aplikasi software SmartPLS V.3.2.8. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan strategis berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan BUMDes, partisipasi masyarakat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan BUMDes melalui perencanaan strategis, dan kompetensi pengelola BUMDes secara langsung tidak berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan BUMDes, serta kompetensi pengelola BUMDes secara tidak langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap akuntabilitaspengelolaanBUMDesmelaluiperencanaanstrategis. | en_US |
