| dc.description | Abstract. Risk is a fungsion from dangerous, exposure and consequences. Usually, risk related with something negative like loss, danger and the other of consequences. This research aims to identify and asses risk factor that can cause cost of cost overrun and identify jobs that have the greatest risk of cost overrun. Work breakdown structure, field observation and interview conducted to be able to identify possible event and consequences. Value of risk is tought with risk = likehood x consequences, then the result of the approach are describe in the risk matriks. The result show that work with highest risk of cost overrun was structural work with an average risk value of 3. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Risiko merupakan fungsi dari bahaya, eksposur, dan konsekuensi. Risiko sering dikaitkan dengan sesuatu yan negatif, seperti kehilangan, bahaya, dan konsekuensi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan menilai faktorfaktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan cost overrun biaya dan mengidentifikasi pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko cost overrun terbesar. Work Breakdown Structure, Pengamatan di lapangan, dan wawancara dilakukan untuk dapat mengidentifikasi kemungkinan kejadian dan konsekuensi. Nilai risiko dicari dengan pendekatan 𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑘 = 𝑙𝑖𝑘𝑒ℎ𝑜𝑜𝑑 𝑥 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑒𝑞𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒𝑠,kemudian hasil pendekatan tersebut digambarkan dalam matriks risiko.
