| dc.description | The population of the city is growing very fast, this has caused the need for housing to also greatly increase. Housing development increases causing land availability to decrease. A housing solution with minimal economic value and secure land is needed. A vertical housing development is planned to meet the needs of homes that are efficient in the use of land, affordable, appropriate, in accordance with the designation and spatial layout. This study aims to determine the value of the reliability of the fire safety system in Bekasi Tower A Centerpoint apartment buildings and can be a reference for research in other buildings in Bekasi. In this study using the Pd-T-11-2005-C reference and using data simplification analysis methods. From this study it can be concluded that the fire protection facilities and infrastructure at Bekasi Tower A Centerpoint apartment are quite complete and the installation is in accordance with the requirements.But there are also some indicators of infrastructure and facilities that are not yet available, And the overall results obtained from the assessment of the protection system of the Bekasi Tower A Centerpoint apartment building amounted to 82,668%, consisting of a site completeness value of 21,25%, a rescue facility value of 18.25%, an active protection facility of 20.496%, and a facility value passive protection of 22.672%. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penduduk kota tumbuh dengan sangat cepat, hal ini menyebabkan kebutuhan akan rumah tinggal juga sangat meningkat. Pembangunan perumahan meningkat menyebabkan ketersediaan lahan berkurang. Dibutuhkan solusi perumahan dengan nilai ekonomi lahan minim serta aman. Direncanakan suatu pembangunan hunian secara vertikal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah yang efisien dalam penggunaan tanah, terjangkau, layak, sesuai peruntukan dan tata ruang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai keandalan sistem keselamatan kebakaran pada gedung apartemen Centerpoint Bekasi Tower A serta dapat menjadi acuan penelitian pada gedung lainnya di Bekasi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan acuan Pd-T-11-2005C dan menggunakan metode analisis penyederhanaan data. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana proteksi kebakaran pada apartemen Centerpoint Bekasi tower A sudah cukup lengkap dan pemasangannya sudah sesuai dengan persyaratan. Tetapi terdapat juga beberapa indikator prasarana dan sarana yang belum tersedia. Dan diperoleh hasil keseluruhan penilaian sistem proteksi bangunan apartemen Centerpoint Bekasi tower A sebesar 82,668%, yang terdiri dari nilai kelengkapan tapak 21,25%, nilai sarana penyelamatan 18,25%, sarana proteksi aktif 20,496%, dan nilai sarana proteksi pasif sebesar 22,672%. | en_US |
