dc.descriptionSleman Regency is one of the largest rice producing areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted in Sleman Regency. This study aims to determine the speed of rice production and map the productivity of lowland rice in Sleman Regency by using a Geographic Information System (GIS) in the period of 1997-2017. This study uses survey and mapping methods with overlay techniques with ArcGIS software. The analysis used is GIS analysis using a tiered quantitative method. Comparing (comparison of classifications) The rate of rice production in Sleman Regency is volatile with the highest rice production in 2012 and the lowest in 2002. Productivity in Sleman Regency is dominated by high productivity in Tempel District in 2012 with revenues of 73.94 kw / hectare and the lowest increase in rice prices in the District Ngemplak in 2002 with a productivity of 50.83 kw / hectare.en_US
