| dc.description | The success of a project time and cost is very important to implementation, optimization is implemented in accordance with the plan or faster than the planning of a project can produce optimal benefits. Project delays can also be anticipated by speeding up work time, but still by paying attention to cost factors. This study aims to obtaisn the results of an accelerated duration to determine changes in costs so as to obtain effective time with an efficient cost from the comparison of the addition of overtime and the addition of labor. The time cost trade off method was used in this study using Microsoft Project 2010. The results of the study under normal conditions were 154 days with a project cost of Rp.17.322.738.669,00, 1 hour overtime duration of 119,37 days the cost of Rp. 16.952.122.34,01, 2 hours overtime duration for 94,60 days cost of Rp. 16,689,777,772.1010 and three hours of overtime duration for 76,38 days cost of Rp. 16.494.553.550,74. The addition of labor which is equivalent to overtime for 1 hour with a duration of 119,37 days at a cost of Rp16.939.852.112,94, the addition of labor 2 hours overtime duration for 94,60 days the cost of Rp16.667.132.638,34, and the addition of labor 3 hours overtime duration for 76,38 days the total cost of Rp.16.466.536.753,35. Addition of overtime hours with overtime for 3 hours obtained more effective results with a duration of work for 76,38 days and a cost of Rp. 16.494.553.550,74. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Keberhasilan suatu proyek waktu dan biaya sangat berperan penting dalam pelaksanaannya, optimasi yang diterapkan sesuai dengan rencana atau lebih cepat dari perencanaan suatu proyek dapat membuahkan keuntungan yang optimal. Keterlambatan pengerjaan proyek juga dapat diantisipasi dengan mempercepat waktu kerja, namun tetap dengan memperhatikan faktor biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar diperoleh hasil dari durasi yang dipercepat untuk mengetahui perubahan biaya sehingga diperoleh waktu efektif dengan biaya yang efisien dari perbandingan penambahan waktu lembur dan penambahan tenaga kerja. Metode time cost trade off digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan software microsoft project 2010. Hasil dari penelitian kondisi normal proyek dengan durasi selama 154 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp.17.322.738.669,00, 1 jam lembur durasi waktu selama 119,37 hari biaya sebesar Rp16.952.122.341,01, 2 jam lembur durasi waktu selama 94,60 hari biaya sebesar Rp16.689.777.772,10 dan 3 jam lembur durasi waktu selama 76,38 hari biaya sebesar Rp16.494.553.550,74. Penambahan tenaga kerja yang setara dengan waktu lembur selama 1 jam dengan durasi waktu 119,37 hari dengan biaya sebesar Rp16.939.852.112,94, penambahan tenaga kerja 2 jam lembur durasi waktu selama 94,60 hari biaya sebesar Rp16.667.132.638,34, dan penambahan tenaga kerja 3 jam lembur waktu durasi selama 76,38 hari biaya total sebesar Rp16.466.536.753,35. Penambahan jam lembur dengan waktu lembur selama 3 jam didapat hasil yang lebih efektif dengan durasi pekerjaan selama 76,38 hari dan biaya sebesar Rp16.494.553.550,74.
