dc.description | This study aims to obtain the most suitable carrier media for Gunung
Kidul indigenous mycorrhizal propagules on the growth and yield of Renek
cassava in Regosol soil. The research was conducted experimentally arranged in
the RAKL (Complete Randomized Block Design). This research uses a single
factor experimental design consisting of three treatments of mycorrhizal formulas.
The formulation consists , of : pure spores, crude inoculum, and pellets. The
parameters observed in the soil sampling of the soil are the percentage of
infection and the number of spores. Observations made, after the treatment were
applied to the Renek cassava plants in regosol soil are, mycorrhizal development,
root development, plant growth, and cassava yield. The results prove that the
results of mycorrhizal associations with Renek cassava plants have the same
effect on mycorrhizal development, root development, and crown growth, yet have
a significant value on the yield of cassava Renek. The results showed that the form
of pure spore and pellet formulas had the same high value on the yield of cassava,
in line with the diameter, weight of cassava and weight per cassava of cassava
Renek. The form of pure spore formulas, crude inoculum, and pellets, influences
and gives the same effectiveness to mycorrhizal development, vegetative growth,
and the results of Renek cassava in regosol soil. | en_US |
