| dc.description | Community forest have economic value both in terms of products and the function of environmental services produced. The benefits of community forests such as logs and fuel wood can be said to be direct use values, while the functions of community forests environmental services such as carbon skins, springs and biodiversity providers are indirect use values, and non-use values such as values that can be inherited for future generations. This study aims to estimate the economic value of community forests in Pajangan sub-district, Bantul district. The benefits of Pajangan community forests are estimed using the Total Economic Value (TEV) method. The result shows that TEV of Rp70.298.307.526,00/year, consisting of: direct use value of Rp 9.344.000.000,00/year, the indirect use value of Rp24.384.870.282,00/year, optional value Rp1.295.258.408,00/year, and nonuse value of Rp35.274.178.836,00/year. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Hutan Rakyat memiliki nilai ekonomi baik dari sisi produk maupun dari fungsi jasa lingkungan yang dihasilkan. Manfaat dari hutan rakyat seperti kayu log dan kayu bakar dapat dikatakan sebagai nilai guna langsung, sedangkan fungsi jasa lingkungan hutan rakyat seperti penyerap karbon, penghasil mata air dan penyedia keanekaragaman hayati merupakan nilai guna tak langsung, dan nilai non-guna seperti nilai yang dapat diwariskan untuk generasi mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasi nilai ekonomi hutan rakyat di Kecamatan Pajangan, Kabupaten Bantul. Manfaat dari hutan rakyat Kecamatan Pajangan diestimasi dengan menggunakan metode Nilai Ekonomi Total (NET). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hutan rakyat Kecamatan Pajangan, Kabupaten Bantul memiliki NET sebesar Rp70.298.307.526,00/tahun, yang terdiri dari: nilai guna langsung sebesar Rp9.344.000.000,00/tahun, nilai guna tak langsung Rp24.384.870.282,00/tahun, nilai pilihan Rp1.295.258.408,00/tahun, dan nilai non-guna Rp35.274.178.836,00/tahun. | en_US |
