| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan stuktur usia penduduk Indonesia untuk setiap provinsi, ada tiga provinsi yang memiliki persentase lansia terbesar yaitu DI Yogyakarta (13,81%) . peningkatan jumlah penduduk lansia di setiap kota akan membawa dampak pada kehidupannya, salah satu dampaknya adalah ketergantungan lansia yang disebabkan karena penurunan fungsi fisik, psikis dan social. Lansia mengalami proses tahap pertumbuhan dan tahap perkembangan selama masa hidupnya berada di tahap akhir kehidupan yang disebut dengan proses penuaan. Pada proses penuaan manusia selalu berhubungan dengan keluarga dan sampai saat ini keluarga adalah tempat berlindung paling disukai oleh lansia. Dukungan keluarga sangat penting diberikan kepada lansia karena Kualitas hidup harus menjadi suatu perhatian penting bagi pelayanan kesehatan atau petugas kesehatan untuk menjadi acuan keberhasilan suatu tindakan. Kualitas hidup juga dapat menjadi data pertama dengan tujuan merumuskan tindakan atau intervensi yang tepat untuk individu. Intervensinya dengan meningkatkan kebutuhan fisik lansia, kesejahteraan psikologis, meningkatkan aktivitas sehari-hari lansia.
Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia di wilayah cokrodiningratan kota yogyakarta
Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah non-eksperimen dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kualitas hidup WHOQOL-BREF dan Instrumen dukungan keluarga.
Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil dari analisis korelasi antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia yang menggunakan uji korelasi non parametrik Spearman Rho diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 (p>0,05). Nilai r= -1,000 yang menunjukkan arah korelasi positif dengan kekuatan hubungan sangat kuat yang artinya ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia.
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara status Dukungan keluarga dengan kualitas hidup lansia di wilayah cokrodiningratan Kota Yogyakarta | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background : Based on the age structure of the Indonesian population for each province, there are three provinces that have the largest percentage of elderly, namely DI Yogyakarta (13.81%). an increase in the number of elderly people in each city will have an impact on their lives, one of which is the dependence of the elderly caused by a decrease in physical, psychological and social functions. Elderly people experience the process of growth stage and development stage during their lifetime in the final stage of life called the aging process. In the aging process, humans are always in touch with their families and until now the family is the most preferred shelter for the elderly. Family support is very important given to the elderly because Quality of life must be an important concern for health services or health workers to be a reference for the success of an action. Quality of life can also be the first data with the aim of formulating appropriate actions or interventions for individuals. Intervention by increasing the physical needs of the elderly, psychological well-being, increasing the daily activities of the elderly. Objective : To find the relationship of family support and the quality of life of the elderly in the cokrodiningratan area of the city of Yogyakarta Research Methods : This type of research is non-experimental with quantitative methods and cross sectional approaches. The sample in this study were 93 people. The quality of life instruments in this study used WHOQOL-BREF, Family Support instrument. Results : Based on the results of the correlation analysis between family support and the quality of life of the elderly who used the Spearman Rho non parametric correlation test obtained a significant value of 0,000 (p> 0.05). The value of r = -1,000 which shows the direction of positive correlation with the strength of the relationship is very strong which means there is relationship between family support and the quality of life of the elderly.
