| dc.description | This research aims to explain how the role of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in addressing the problems of Libyan refugees residing in Italy from 2016 to 2018. The author describes descriptively by implementing the concept of Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN) regarding the network of actors who cooperate on an international scale towards an issue. The author has found that UNHCR has successfully played an active and effective role in addressing the problems of Libyan refugees in Italy through the collaboration of UNHCR with NGOs using strategies from Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN) strategies namely Information Politics, Symbolic Politics, Leverage Politics, and Accountability Politics. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana peran UNHCR dalam menangani permasalahan pengungsi Libya yang berada di Italia pada tahun 2016 hingga 2018. Penulis menguraikan secara deskriptif dengan mengimplementasikan konsep Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN) mengenai jejaring para aktor-aktor yang bekerjasama dalam skala internasional pada suatu isu. Penulis telah menemukan bahwa UNHCR telah berhasil berperan aktif dan telah efektif dalam menangani permasalahan pengungsi Libya di Italia melalui kerjasama UNHCR dengan LSM-LSM dengan menggunakan strategi-strategi dari Transnational Advocacy Networks (TAN) yaitu strategi Information Politics, Symbolic Politics, Leverage Politics, dan Accountability Politics. | en_US |
