Road is a public facility that facilitates the growth and development of traffic in each region so that it supports all aspects of the economic, social, cultural and so on. As the movement develops in a region of a ballot, it certainly affects the resistance of a pavement layer that passes through the movement of the road above. This results in damage to the road, which is one factor which is an overload of the vehicle passing through a road or overloading. The effect of the excess load must have an effect on the age of the road plan and the thickness of the pavement layer of a road structure. Therefore, this study aims to examine the resistance of pavement thickness that has been planned if given an overload on it. In this study, the method used AASHTO 1993 and then it will be analyzed using the Circly 6.0 program so that the output produced will determine whether or not the structure of the pavement layer is strong if it receives excessive loads. The data used are the value of the cumulative standard axle load amount, traffic load, material to be used, planned pavement thickness, and so forth. From the calculation results the number of cumulative standard axle loads is obtained for the standard load is 8,01 × 106 and for excessive brackets of 29, 6 × 106 . The results of the analysis using the Circly 6.0 program showed that the thickness of the pavement that meets the standard load is 191 mm Laston, base course is 110 mm, subbase is below 224 mm with CBR 5,4%. Whereas for overloading is Laston 222 mm, base course is 94 mm, subbase is below 209 mm with CBR 5,4%. Based on the analysis of the cumulative standard axle load (Wt), the value of the pavement of the pavement is designed with a standard load age of 20 years. If calculated with overload conditions, then the life of the pavement service lasts for 15 years.en_US
