dc.description.abstractBackground : The doctors are the medical staff function and not only as an employee of course, also has a strategic function in the hospital as a patient's agent or carrier for sakittersebut home. In fact there are still many patient complaints in connection with the performance of medical personnel who served in the outpatient clinic. Job satisfaction is a person's attitude toward his work, and that attitude comes from their perception of the work. So job satisfaction stems from various aspects such as wage employment, promotion, supervision, and co-workers. Objective: Knowing some of the factors that influence job satisfaction of doctors in RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Central Java Province. Methods: This research includes an explanatory study, the cross-sectional approach. The study population was all doctors who work in RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi, some 30 men and all surveyed (sample of the total population). The independent variable in this study consisted of: employment situation, supervision, income, work teams and promotional opportunities. The dependent variable in this study is job satisfaction. Analysis of data using multiple regression analysis Results : More than half (53.3%) doctors perceive the situation quite work, as many as 54.8% of doctors perceive enough of supervision, as many as 50% of doctors perceive enough team work, as much as 56.7% perceive sufficient income, then most (53.3%) doctors perceive enough promotion opportunities. Most doctors (60%) perceived job satisfaction satisfied. There is the influence of the work situation on doctors job satisfaction (p = 0.000). There supervision influence on job satisfaction (p = 0.000). There is the influence of team work and job satisfaction. There is the influence of income on job satisfaction (p = 0.000). There are job opportunities influence on job satisfaction (p = 0.000). Work situation, supervision, team work, income and promotion opportunities simultaneously direct and significant effect on job satisfaction of doctors in RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi (p = 0.000). Conclusion : There is the influence of the work situation on physician job satisfaction, no influence of supervision on job satisfaction, no influence teamwork and job satisfaction. There is the influence of income on job satisfaction, no promotion opportunities on job satisfaction doctors. Work situation, supervision, team work, income and promotion opportunities simultaneously direct and significant effect on job satisfaction of doctors in RSJD Dr. RM Soedjarwadi.en_US
