dc.description.abstractDiabetes is a global public health problem which can cause serious disabling complications. Depression and diabetes frequently occur comorbidly. Diabetes mellitus can worsen with depression. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (Spiritual-EFT or SEFT) therapy is a kind of mindfulness-based therapy useful for managing depression.
