| dc.description | Sejahtera Clinic is a Pratama clinic located in Tegal district, Central Java, established around 1996. In this clinic, the beginning of the establishment of the private practice of Dr. Najmul Iman and Dr. Ani Anggarini who provides health services to a growing community. The consultation process with doctors is still done manually by doctors and clinical service staff. With the creation and development of a consultation system website and web-based patient data recapitulation using a codeigniter framework in the clinic, clinic service staff can more easily manage a more accurate patient data recapitulation in detail and improve the performance of consulting information services that are more effective and efficient in the use of technology and can help monitor patients who are consulted in the clinic and monitor the performance of doctors who carry out the consultation process.
