dc.descriptionThis research aims to improve the skills of youth in the field of motorcycle modification. The modification is to make the frame of jig frames and frame of the motorcycle. Jig Farme is also referred to as Jig and fixture, which are tools for holders, buffering and directing in the process of duplicating a component with high accuracy to replicating and develop custom frames. In this research jig and fixtures are made to weld custom motor frame. In the Assembly of the jig and this fixture simply unite the separated parts into a single unity. The tools that are initiated are wrenches, shock locks and other assistive devices. This tool has 5 parts, namely, base clamp, neck fixture, engine bracket fixture, axle plate fixture, and rotation plate bracket. The result of making jig and fixture is able to create a custom motorcycle skeleton, with a maximum rotation of 35 ° and has a precision of ± 1 mm.en_US
