dc.descriptionIn a construction project, time, cost, and quality are important things that must be considered so that delays in the project have a small percentage. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the analysis of the acceleration of the duration that affects the acceleration of project costs with an overtime system of 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours. The addition of labor is also done to be a comparison and obtain effective and optimal results. This study uses the Duration Cost Trade Off method with Microsoft Excel for data processing. The scheduling technique uses the PDM method under normal conditions obtained 5280 days duration with a total project cost of Rp 64,858,974,293.53. On the addition of 1 hour overtime hours, the duration time of 4746.1 days requires Rp 65,380,605,758.77. Adding 2 hours overtime with a duration of 4355.6 days requires a fee of Rp 66,264,119,493.23. The addition of 3-hour overtime hours with a duration of 4100.8 days requires a fee of Rp 67,107,394,957.29. The addition of 1 hour labor with a duration of 4746.1 days requires a fee of Rp 64,859,159,427.53. The addition of 2 hours overtime with a duration of 4355.6 days requires a fee of Rp 64,859,294,490.03. The addition of 3-hour overtime hours with a duration of 4100.8 days requires a fee of Rp 64,859,412,983.78. After analyzing the data, an effective and optimal value is obtained, namely the addition of 3 hours overtime with a duration of 4100.8 days requiring a fee of Rp 64,859,412,983.78.en_US
