dc.descriptionVacuum bagging is the process of making composite products by utilizing the vacuum air in the mold. Vacuum bagging consists of connector valves, resin suction hoses, tubes, bagging films, vacuum pumps and molds. The purpose of this research is to design and manufacture vacuum bagging connector tools as well as supporting tools and analyze the performance of vacuum bagging tools with pressure adjusters . Tests with low and high stages, Process 1 for the low stages, the results obtained absorption flow from the resin that enters the breathercloth takes more than 15 minutes which causes the specimens in the old mold to dry and harden. Process 2 for the high stage, the results of the power flow absorption of resin that enters the breathercloth faster, then within ± 5 minutes the specimen process can dry and harden. From process 1-2 it can be concluded that the results of process 2 are good, because the results obtained are better than process 1, while the results of process 1 the product results are still wet and slow to dry. The design of the Trap connector bag for Vacuum bagging was successfully designed and made later. The working principle of the vacuum bagging tool is done by adjusting the hight pressure (0.8) Bar.en_US
