dc.description | This study aims to examine how much influence the existence of the Final
Processing Site (TPA) on house prices around the landfill site and the impact of
landfill waste that can cause water pollution, consequently can affect the price of
houses around the Wukirsari landfill site . The subject of this research was
carried out in Baleharjo, Wonosairi District, Gunungkidul Regency. The subject
of this study is the population of Baleharjo Village, Wonosairi Sub-District,
Gunungkidul Regency. This study uses a hedonic price method. Primary data
collection using a questionnaire with sample of 280 respondents and using a
purposive sampling method. The results showed that the variable age of the house
and the status of the house had a negative and not significant effect on house
prices in the village of Baleharjo, Wonosari Sub-District, Gunungkidul Regency.
While the land area, building area, distance of residence from landfill, distance of
residence from green space, and air pollution have a positive and significant
effect on house prices in Baleharjo Village, Wonosari Sub-District, Gunungkidul
