dc.descriptionThis study aims to analyze the effect of institutional ownership and firm value on executive compensation. This study uses a sample of goods and consumption sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling so that sampling is in accordance with the criteria of the researcher. In this study a sample of 54 companies. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership has no effect on executive compensation and firm value variables have no effect on executive compensation.en_US
