dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this article is to do conceptual and empirical validation studies toward Human Resource (HR) roles done by Ulrich. The researcher replicates instruments that measure the four roles of HR. The researcher had done validations based on different population using previous research done by Conner & Ulrich. Beside that, the researcher also validation as factor stability test by split the samples into two roles. Nevertheless, the results of cross-population consistent with Conner & Ulrich's research, also the stability of sample 1 and 2. | en_US |
