The purpose of this research are Describe profile processing business Salak Pondoh industri household scale.Find out the Cost revenue and profit of business processed Salak Pondoh household scale industries and find out the value added of processing business Salak Pondoh household industriesscale. Determination the location research be done use purposive namely Village Donokerto Sleman Regency. The samples were taken census of all households cultivate industrial processed products raw material Salak Pondoh in the village Donokerto.Based on the results Research there is 19 industries which consisted of 6 coffee Salak Pondoh industri, 9 dodol Salak Pondoh industri and 4 wajik Salak Pondoh industri. The coffee Salak Pondoh industri requires production costs Rp 276,475,- receive a profit of Rp 492,627,- with the added value of Rp 132,856,99, - with the ratio value added 1.16%. The dodol Salak Pondoh industri requires production costs Rp 227,943,- receive a profit of Rp 117,343,- with the added value of Rp 31,838,- with the ratio value added 0,71 %. The wajik Salak Pondoh industri requires production costs Rp 150,108,- receive a profit of Rp Rp 29,891,- with the added value of Rp. 10,716,- with the ratio value added 0,36 %. | en_US |
