dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan imbangan pupuk kompos batang pisang dan NPK yang tepat dalam meningkat pertumbuhan bibit jati (Tectona grandis). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Green House dan Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian UMY, pada bulan Desember 2015–Maret 2016. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode percobaan lapangan dengan rancangan faktor tunggal yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas 5 perlakuan. Adapun perlakuannya adalah sebagai berikut : Kompos Batang Pisang 30 ton/ha (P1), Kompos Batang Pisang 22,5 ton/ha + NPK 0,39 ton/ha (P2), Kompos Batang Pisang 20 ton/ha + NPK 0,78 ton/ha (P3) ,Kompos Batang Pisang 10 + NPK 1,17 ton/ha (P4) dan NPK 1,56 ton/ha (P5). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga didapatkan 15 unit perlakuan dan setiap ulangan terdiri atas 3 sampel dan 2 tanaman cadangan sehingga totalnya 75 bibit jati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan kompos batang pisang 20 ton/ha + NPK 0,78 ton/ha memberikan hasil yang paling baik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit tanaman jati.en_US
dc.description.abstractA research aims to get the balance compost banana stems and NPK right in increased growth of teak nursery ( Tectona grandis ). The research was conducted at Green House and Laboratory studies of Agriculture Faculty, University Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, December 2015 up to March 2016. This research was conducted with experiemental method of single factor in stacking the Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments, i.e. Compost banana stems 30 ton/ha (P1), Compost banana steams 22,5 ton/ha + NPK 0,39 ton/ha (P2), Compost banana steams 20 ton/ha + NPK 0,78 ton/ha (P3), Compost banana steams 10 ton/ha + NPK 1,17 ton/ha (P4), and NPK 1,56 ton/ha. Every treatment was repeated 3 timesso obtained 15 units of treatment and every sample consists of 3 replicates and 2 spare plant so that its total 75 teak seeds. The results of this study showed that treatment Compost of banana steam 20 ton/ha + NPK 0,78 ton/ha the best result for the growth of teak nursery.en_US
