dc.descriptionThis study aims to find empirical evidence about the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, as well as salary and tenure influences on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees inpatient ward nurse at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah in Bantul. The number of samples in this study were 93 respondents. The sampling technique used is the population in which the sample is taken as a whole. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to employees inpatient ward nurse at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah in Bantul related variables job satisfaction, organizational commitment, salaries and tenure. Based on the test results T job satisfaction variables have a significant effect on organizational commitment. The variable salary does not have a significant impact on job satisfaction while variable working life have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Variable salary and years of service have a significant effect on organizational commitment. While based on the F test results showed that the variable salary and years of simultaneous effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees inpatient ward nurse at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah in Bantul.en_US
