| dc.description | Latar belakang: Skizofrenia adalah suatu sindrom dengan variasi penyebab dan perjalanan penyakit yang luas, serta sejumlah akibat yang tergantung pada perimbangan pengaruh genetik, fisik dan budaya. Skizofrenia merupakan satu gangguan psikotik yang kronik, sering mereda, namun timbul hilang dengan manifestasi klinik yang amat luas variasinya penyesuaian pramorbid, gejala dan perjalanan penyakit yang amat bervariasi, masih kurangnya penelitian yang membahas terkait hubungan kepatuhan minum obat dengan fungsi sosial pasien skizofrenia, sehingga studi ini perlu dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi adanya hubungan antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan fungsi sosial pasien skizofrenia.
Metode: Digunakan desain spearman’s correlation. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner Data Pribadi, Morinsky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS), Personaland Social Performance Scale (PSP). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah cross sectional.
Hasil: Subjek penelitian adalah laki-laki sebanyak 63 (63,6%) dan perempuan sebanyak 36(36,3%). Usia subjek sebagian besar berusia antara 20-40 tahun sebanyak 61 (61,6%). Sebagian besar subjek penelitian tidak bekerja sebanyak 74 (74,7%).Status pernikahan subjek penelitian sebagian besar adalah sudah menikah sebesar 60 (60,6%). Lama sakit subjek penelitian sebagian besar adalah > 10 tahun (52,5%). Sedangkan riwayat keluarga pada subjek penilitian yang paling besar adalah tidak ada (70,7%).Hasil analisis spearman’s correlation ditemukan korelasi variabel kepatuhan minum obat dengan fungsi sosial nilai p adalah 0.961, yang berarti nilai p > 0,05.
Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan minum obat dengan fungsi sosial pasien skizofrenia. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Schizophrenia is a syndrome with a variety of causes and course of the disease is widespread, as well as some of the consequences that depend on the balance of influence of genetic, physical and cultural. Schizophrenia is a psychotic disorder that is chronic, often subside, but the signage is missing with clinical manifestations very wide variation adjustment pramorbid, symptoms and course of the disease vary widely There is still a lack of studies that discuss related to the relationship of cognitive function with social functioning of patients with schizophrenia, this study needs performed to evaluate the relationship between cognitive function with social functioning of patients with schizophrenia.
Methods: Used the design of Spearman’s correlation. Sampling with consecutive sampling technique. The instrument used is the Personal Data Questionnaire,Morinsky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS), Personaland Social Performance Scale (PSP). Analysis of the data used is cross sectional.
Results: In the group of patients with schizophrenia the study subjects were males 63 (63,6%) and females 36 (36,3%). Age subjects mostly aged between 20- 40 years were 61 (61.6%). Most of the research subjects did not work as much as 74 (74.7%). Marital status of research subjects are mostly married by 60 (60.6%). Long illness most of the research subject is> 10 years (52.5%). While family history on the subject of the greatest sample is no (70.7%). The results of Spearman’s correlation analysis found medication adherence variables with p values of social function is 0.961, which means that the value of p>0.05.
Conclusion: There is no relationship between medication adherence with social functioning of patients with schizophrenia. | en_US |
