dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh berbagai jenis dan takaran kompos pada padi varietas Segreng Handayani yang diinokulasi Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi di tanah pasir pantai, menentukan jenis dan takaran kompos yang memberikan pengaruh lebih baik pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman padi varietas Segreng Handayani yang diinokulasi Rhizobacteri indigenous di tanah pasir pantai. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Agrobioteknologi dan Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada bulan Juni 2015 sampai Januari 2016 dengan penyiraman 2 hari sekali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan rancangan percobaan faktor tunggal terdiri dari 7 perlakuan yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Tujuh perlakuan yang diuji yaitu: A= kompos kotoran sapi 30 ton/h, B= kompos kotoran sapi 40 ton/h, C= kompos kotoran ayam 30 ton/h, D= kompos kotoran ayam 40 ton/h, E= kompos Azolla 20 ton/h, F= kompos Azolla 30 ton/h dan G= kontrol (tanpa pemberian kompos). Setiap Perlakuan dilakukan 3 kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 21 unit percobaan. Setiap unit terdiri dari 3 tanaman korban, 3 tanaman sampel dan 1 tanaman cadangan sehingga diperoleh 147 polybag serta tanaman koreksi 40 polybag. Hasil menyatakan bahwa pemberian berbagai jenis dan takaran kompos pada padi Segreng Handayani yang diinokulasi Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi isolat MB+MD di tanah pasir pantai dengan cekaman kekeringan ada beda nyata pada semua parameter pertumbuhan di minggu ke 5, kecuali jumlah anakan namun tidak ada beda nyata di minggu ke 8, kecuali tinggi tanaman dan umur berbunga. Sedangkan pada parameter hasil tidak ada beda nyata pada semua perlakuan. Pemberian berbagai jenis dan takaran kompos memberikan pengaruh yang tidak berbeda nyata terhadap hasil padi Segreng Handayani yang diinokulasi Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi di tanah pasir pantai dengan cekeman kekeringan, bahkan yang diinokulasi Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi tanpa pemberian kompos (kontrol) mampu memberikan hasil gabah yang sama tinggi yaitu 4,13 ton/h.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe research aimed to study the effect of various types and dosages of compost in Segreng Handayani rice variety were inoculated Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi in sandy soils of beach, also to determine types and dosages of compost that gave the best effect on the growth and yield of Segreng Handayani rice variety were inoculated Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi in sandy soils beach. This research has been conducted in Agrobiotechnology Laboratory and The Land of Specimen Agriculture Faculty of Universitas Muhamadiyah Yogyakarta from June 2015 up to January 2016 with the watering twice per days. The research was compiled in single factor experiment with 7 treatments which arranged in Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments tested were A=composted cow manure 30 ton/h, B= composted cow manure 40 ton/h, C= composted chicken manure 30 ton/h, D= composted chicken manure 40 ton/h, E= composted Azolla 20 ton/h, F= composted Azolla 30 ton/h and G=control (without composting or only using Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi MB+MD isolates). Each treatment was repeated 3 replications, so obtained 21 experiment units. Each unit consisted of 3 sample plants, 3 victim plants and 1 reserve plant so obtained 147 polybags, also 40 polybags of correction plant. The result showed that the treatment of various types and dosages of compost in Segreng Handayani rice variety were inoculated Rhizobacteri indigenous MB+MD isolates in sandy soils of beach with drought stress there was significant difference all the growth in fifth week, except sum native plant and not significant plant height in eighth week, except plant height and age of flowering. The effect of various types and dosages of compost in Segreng Handayani rice variety were inoculated Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi in sandy soils of beach with drought stress while without composting or only using Rhizobacteri indigenous Merapi (control) gave grained yield 4.13 ton/h.en_US
