| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jenis media tanam dan
konsentrasi nutrisi urine sapi yang sesuai serta mendapatkan pengaruh interaksi
media dan konsentrasi nutrisi urine sapi pada pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim
dengan sistem wick hidroponik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Green House Fakultas
Pertanian Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta pada bulan Juni – Agustus 2015.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperiment faktorial
yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor pertama adalah
media tanam yang terdiri atas 3 jenis media tanam yaitu : arang sekam, serbuk
gergaji, dan cocopeat. faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi nutrisi POC urine sapi yang
terdiri atas 3 konsentrasi yaitu : 7%, 12,5%, dan 18% ditambahkan 1 perlakuan
dengan menggunakan nutrisi AB mix.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari berbagai perlakuan yang
dicobakan, penggunaan media tanam serbuk gergaji memberikan hasil yang lebih
baik dibandingkan dengan media arang sekam dan cocopeat pada pertumbuhan dan
hasil caisim sistem wick hidroponik. Penggunaan nutrisi urine sapi sampai 18%
memberikan hasil yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan nutrisi AB mix dan
semakin tinggi konsentrasi urin sapi yang diberikan maka pertumbuhan dan hasil
tanaman caisim semakin rendah | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This objective of this research was to get the kind of growing media and
nutrient concentrations corresponding cow urine and to get interaction various kinds
of media and nutrient concentrations of cow urine on the growth and yield caisim the
wick hydroponic system. This research was conducted in the Green House of Faculty
of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta in June - August 2015.
The method of this research was conducted using factorial experiment
arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with the first factor is the
growing media consisting of 3 types of growing media, namely: rice husk, sawdust,
and cocopeat. The second factor is the concentration of nutrients POC cow urine
which consists of three concentrations are: 7%, 12.5%, and 18% is added 1 treatment
using AB nutrient mix.
The results of this research showed that of the various treatments were
attempted, growing media use sawdust gives better results than the rice husk and
cocopeat on growth and yield caisim wick hydroponic system. The use of cow urine
nutrients up to 18% gives a lower yield compared with nutrients AB mix and the
higher the concentration of cow urine is given the growth and yield lower caisim. | en_US |
