| dc.description | This research entitled The Potency and Zonation of Tourism Area of Progo River Estuary was conducted at Poncosari, Srandakan District, Bantul Regency and Banaran, Galur District, Kulon Progo Regency from March up to May 2016.
The research was done using survey method with 30 samples from Poncosari and 30 samples from Banaran. Samples were determined using non-probability sampling method based on certain criteria. The research was completed by primary and secondary data collecting which would be analyzed descriptively and spatially to determine the concept of zoning tourism area of Progo river eustary.
The results showed that based on current potencies in the area of the estuary, the region could be developed into agro-tourism area, and tourism zoning Progo river estuary could be divided into four zones i.e : main zone, buffer zone, development zone and tourism service zone. | en_US |
