dc.descriptionBased on the results of the preliminary study on 30 april 2016 in primary nurses, managerial supervision of documentation are done once a month. Meanwhile there is no fix schedule for the clinical supervision. Based on the nurses statement not all of the room of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have SOP set on each room. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify factors affecting the implementation of nursing supervision in the grade three rom in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul Yogyakarta. Research Method: This research used regression analysis and cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used in this research is total sampling with 65 respondent. Result: Test regression analysis factors knowledge have p value smallest .000 with t of 7.019. Variable factors motivation work is p value .000 with t of 5.251. Variable factors leadership have p value .000 with t of 3.859. The factors that most influential with the implementation of the supervision nursing is a factor knowledge nurse. Conclusion: Nurses knowledge and work motivation factors are affecting the nurses supervision implementation in the grade three inpatient room of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul Yogyakarta. While there is no effect of the leadership factor to the nurses supervision implementation in the grade three inpatient room of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul Yogyakarta.en_US
