| dc.description | Fire extinguishing requires a quick and correct response or handling, because not all of the fire can be extinguished by the same tool. If we used a wrong tool to extinguish the fire, it could cause a bigger fire. A proper and correct fire extinguishing technique not only can avoid a bigger fire but can also save life. Therefore, correct fire extinguishing is a way to prevent a bigger fire. it will be better if this knowledge is introduce to the children early as possible. The purpose of this research is to create a game based on desktop named “Fire Safety” as an education tool to improve knowledge and the speed about fire extinguishing for children. Since the progress of science and promptivity, people can estinguish the wildfire correctly and quickly. Based on pretest and posttest of testing which are conducted before and after children play the Fire Safety game, it can be concluded that the game is successfully improve their knowledge and speed towards fire extinguish. This is proven by their post-test score which improved after playing the game | en_US |
