| dc.description | Skripsi ini menjelaskan bagaimana upaya NGO‟s Internasional dan LSM domestik dalam menginternasionalisasikan kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Aceh. Sebagai mediator yang membahas isu-isu kemanusiaan, NGO‟s Internasional, dan LSM lokal menyadari bahwa tindakan pengabaian yang dilakukan oleh pemeintah RI terhadap masyarakat sipil aceh semestinya mendapat sorotan tajam. Terlebih lagi karena pemerintah RI berupaya untuk menutupi isu pelanggaran hak yang dilakukan oleh pihak militer terhadap masyarakat sipil, yang semestinya justru mendapat perlindungan sebagai warga Negara. Meskipun NGO‟s dan LSM lokal berupaya untuk menjadi mediator dan memediasi kedua belah pihak, antara GAM-RI, namun kesepakatan damai selalu berujung pada tindakan profokasi yang mengakibatkan konflik terus kembali terjadi. Meskipun demikian, NGO‟s Internasional dan LSM lokal tetap terus mengupayakan agar terciptanya perdamaian antara GAM-RI, sehingga warga sipil yang menjadi korban kekerasan konflik tersebut dapat kembali pada kehidupan mereka seperti sediakala. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis describes how the efforts of NGO's International and domestic NGOs in internationalize the human rights violations that occurred in Aceh. As a mediator to discuss humanitarian issues, NGO's International and local NGOs realize that the act of negligence committed by Indonesian Government against the civilian population of Aceh should be under the spotlight. Moreover, because the Indonesian government sought to cover up the issue of rights violations committed by the military against civilians, who should instead receive protection as citizens. Although the NGO's and local NGO working to become a mediator and mediates both sides, between GAM and TNI, but a peace deal always result in action provocations that lead to conflicts continue to re-occur. Nonetheless, NGO's International and local NGOs continue to strive for the establishment of peace between GAM and TNI, so that civilians who become the victims of these conflicts can return to their lives as before. | en_US |
