The second chapter was about the conflict assessment to deepen the understanding of the condition of the conflict by mapping the conflict using the Conflict Stages by Eric Brahm. The third and forth chapter analyzed the Failure of Point Zero by using the regime compliance theory to prove the hypothesis. And the last chapter was about the conclusion of the paper. The result shows that Point Zero was failed to be implemented because of the incapability of both parties to comply and to face political constrains which then caused crisis situation, the conflict cannot be solved and it is re-emerged.en_US
