This research aimed to examine the influence of profitability, leverage and corporate social responsibility to financial performance on BUMN year 2012 – 2014. The object in this research were BUMN listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2012 to 2014. Sample in this study were taken by using purposive sampling technique so that obtained a sample of 39 BUMN. Data analysis used in this research was multiple regression. The results showed that profitability had negative effect on financial performance. The results showed that leverage had negative effect on financial performance. In other side, these results proved that there was negative effect of corporate social responsibility on financial perfomance.
