      Abstract
      The research aims to test : (1) the effect of human resource competence on the quality of regional financial report, (2) the effect of internal control on the quality of regional financial report, (3) the effect of information technology utilization on the quality of regional financial report, (4) the effect of regional inspectorate role on the quality of regional financial report. The type of the data used in this research was primary data. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaries to each regional working unit (SKPD) in Kulon Progo Districk. The analysis done in the research was multiple regression analysis. The result of the research can be concluded that : the human resource competence and the regional inspectorate role had no significant effect towards the quality of regional financial report, while the internal control and the information technology utilization had significant effect towards the regional financial report.
