PENGARUH ETOS KERJA ISLAMI, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN AKUNTANSI (Studi Empiris pada Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta)
Abstract
The objective of this research is to verify and to find out the empirical proofs on the Islamic Work Ethic, Good Corporate Governance, and Transformational Leadership Style toward employees performance BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all employees at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The sampling technique using purposive sampling, with 56 samples of employee, but 3 of them are outliers. So, this study just used 53 samples to analyze. The sample is amount 40 employers. This research uses questionnaire as the method. Analysis method of this research are using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and classical assumption with SPSS 22.
The result showed that Islamic Work Ethic and Good Corporate Governance have positive influence and significance toward employees performance at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Whereas Transformational Leadership Style do not have a significance influence on the employees performance at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
