      Abstract
      This study has the purpose to know how the influence working capital, labor and raw materials to the production of pottery in the Bangunjiwo village. This research is ex-post factor that is casual associative with a quantitative approach. The populations in this research whose have a pottery industry at Bangunjiwo village. The total number of 582 people which use 100 people for the samples. The data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. This research use Cobb-Douglas function and data analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is positive and significant of venture capital to the pottery production (2) there is positive employment significant to pottery production (3) there is a positive and significant impact of raw material to pottery production (4) there significant positive influence and venture capital, labor, and raw materials collective towards the production of pottery. This research find the return to scale in pottery industry which is decreasing return to scale because of the addition of 1 percent of capital, labor and raw materials will increase the production value of less than 1 percent. In the R2 value of 0.873 amounted to 87.3% shows the variation of the pottery production influenced by variations in capital, labor, and raw materials, while 12.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
