ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN JUMLAH PEMBIAYAAN PRODUK JUAL BELI DAN PRODUK SYIRKAH DI PT. BPRS MADINA MANDIRI SEJAHTERA
Abstract
This research aims at analyzing factors that determine the financing of purchase products which is more dominant than syirkah products. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative using case study approach conducted at PT BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera. Information about factors affecting the amount of that financing were collected through interviews with marketing general manager, legal officer, and financing customers of BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera.
The research result shows that there are ten factors that affect the financing of purchase product which is more dominant than syirkah products which consist of the risk of bad credit, oppression to one another, probable finding from audit, lack of customers’ knowledge, comfort and security factors, warning from ojk, ineffectiveness of profit-shared products, bankers and owners’ lack of knowledge about Islamic economy, bankers’ unwillingness to be not into trouble, and customers’ low morality.
