      Abstract
      This research aims to determine the level of effectiveness and socio-economy impact of KPR subsidy program in Perumnas Bumi Guwosari. The subject of this research is the recipient of the KPR subsidy 2013 in Perumnas Bumi Guwosari Bantul, namely block III A, III B, III C and VI B that used 82 respondents. Datas were analyzed using effectiveness analysis and descriptive statistical methods. The result shows that the achievement level of effectiveness for KPR Subsidy target with Housing Loan Liquidity Facility (FLPP) (91,01%) and variabel proses (81,61%) are very effective. The variabel input (67,13%) and output (66,59%) are considered fairly effective. Meanwhile residential level shows ineffective (58, 94%). This program has both positive and negative impact in socio-economy aspect. The positive one are to relieve the backlog problems, improve new family efficiency and encourage to the small enterprises. However the negative impact is mostly invited to the crime for the desolation problem and insufficient lighting problem.
