DETERMINAN PERMINTAAN RUMAH PADA PERUMAHAN KPR SUBSIDI DI KABUPATEN BANYUMAS (STUDI KASUS PERUMAHAN PANGEBATAN LESTARI)
Abstract
House is representing requierement of human being base besides food and clothing. In its growth in the reality house also represnt interesting investment alternative on the chance of capital gain in the future. Area housing of Pangebatan Lestari Banyumas represent one of the correct choice alternative to cultivation of invesment in housing area, either from facet, facility, location which located in Pangebatan Lestari Street. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect housing demand, especially for the housing with a mortgage subsides Pangebatan Lestari kabupaten Banyumas. This research is using population data as much as 114. For the procesing of data using multiple linear regression analysis tools SPSS 16.0.
Based on the analysis that has been conducted, it shows that the variabel of pricing and revenue have a positive effect and significant to affect the decision of a house purchase. From the testing of coefficient of determination known that 22,6 % of variation that happened on the variabel of colective decision are influenced by the variabel of pricing perception, location, facility, neigbourhood, and revenue. While the remaining 77,4 % is influenced by other factors. Based on the result of this research we got that pricing and revenue factor very having an effect on in purchasing of house. Seen from level coefficient influencing decision of purchasing of pricing equal to 0,027; location equal to 0,92; facility equal to 0,301; neighbourhood equal to 0,242; and revenue equal to 0,010.
