Indonesia has shown a steady but somewhat a slow progress over the years in economic freedom Indices and requires to broaden economic freedom base through reforms in legal and investment regimes. Making it easier for starting/doing business by deregulations, transparency, curtailing corruption, lengthy bureaucratic procedures & removing political interference in private economy. Enhancing regulatory efficiency, Rule of Law, equality, property & business rights for economic freedom and economic growth of the country. In coming years Indonesia can benefit from reforms for more Economic freedom and it will help to achieve higher economic growth in the future.
