Economic growth is one of the indicators in the success of economic development in a region. This study aims to determine and analyze what factors affect economic growth in NTT province, the independent variables used in this study are government expenditure, labor force, and tourism. This research uses quantitative approach. The data used in this study is secondary data from 17 districts in NTT province in 2013-2015. The analysis model used in this research is panel data analysis with Fixed Effect model. The results showed that government expenditure variables have positive and significant influence on economic growth, workforce variable has positive and insignificant effect on economic growth, tourism variable has positive and significant influence to economic growth
