      Abstract
      This study is aimed to investigate how Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) approach can help on explaining the influences of e-WOM toward Intention to Travel. The growth of technology brings new era in consumer purchasing decision, especially in tourism industry. Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM), such as online review in forum or community or shared contents in social media, is one of the variable that influences the intention to travel. However, e-WOM cannot directly-significant determine intention to travel because it consider tourist behaviour, so TPB approach needs to intermediate the influence. The survey for this study was taken in Indonesia by collected data from 280 valid data samples from local tourists who love to travel to Yogyakarta. The taken populations were local tourist who love to travel to Yogyakarta which joining online group or community. The analysis method for this study was using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and concluded that attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behaviour control (PBC) have positive
