      Abstract
      The ccompetition in the banking sector in recent years has increased very rapidly, where each bank done a variety of innovations in terms of both its banking products and quality. Islamic banking as a new terms in the banking world would adapt to conventional banking which has dominated the banking market so that the need for analysis of the effects of conventional banking policy to the policy of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the BI Rate, the interest rate of SBI and deposit interest of conventional banks towards Equivalent Rate for the Mudhorobah deposits in Islamic banking. The data used is data panel, which is a combination of time series data quarterly period March 2010 to December 2015 and a cross section of five banks that issued financial statements and has the biggest asset today that Bank Muammalat, Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah and Bank Bukopin Syariah, the data published by the Financial Services Authority. The analytical method used in this research is using Multiple Linear Panel Data by using Random Effects. The results of this study indicate that the variable BI Rate give negative and significant effect to the Equivalent Rate of Mudhorobah deposits. Variable interest rates SBI give positive and significant impact on the Equivalent Rate of profit sharing Mudhorobah Deposit. While conventional bank deposit rate variable is positive but its not give significant effect on the Equivalent Rate of profit sharing Mudhorobah Deposit
