This research aims to know about the costs of receipt, revenue, profit and expediency of mina padi farm at farmer cluster of Mina Makmur. The research location was determined purposively. Margodadi village, Sayegan as the sub-district, and Sleman as the district was selected as the research place since it was the location that was decided as management sequential of farming area with implementation system of mina padi inwhole Asia Pacific by FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) in 2015. Census technic was used to determine the sample of respondent which it was done by taking all samples that the number of farmers was 27. Farm analysis result of mina padi thatthe width mean of the land was 0,1357 hectares known that the total of explicit cost was Rp 3.724.850 and the total of implicit cost was Rp 1.200.005, as the result, it was gained Rp 4.924.855 as the cost total. Receipt that was gained by the farmer of mina padi was Rp 7.687.905, revenue that was obtained by the farmer of mina padi was Rp 3.963.055, and profit that was got was Rp 2.763.050. From expediency side, farm of mina padi at Margodadi village, sub district of Sayegan, Sleman regency is reasonable to be developed because the analysis result of R/C was 1,56 (>1), financial productivity was 77,17 % (>2,16%), labor productivity was Rp 175.144 (>Rp 55.707), and land productivity was Rp 2.369 (>Rp 1000).
