This research focus on the influence of Xinjiang’s Conflict in 2009 towards relation between Turkey and China in 2003 to 2013. The relation established in 1971, has going well. Moreover, the conflict treathed the relation. With qualitative approach, this research emphasizes the content analysis method. Framework in this research is Rational Choice Theory, based on Friedman. Rational Choice Theory is an individual acts as if balancing costs against benefits to arrive at action that maximizes personal advantage. It has three elements, based on Pollack. methodological individualism, goal-seeking atau utility-maximization and the existence of various institutional atau strategic constraints on individual choice. So, Turkey must calculate the benefit and cost towards supporting or not to the conflict. The result of this research indicates that Turkey doesn’t support Uyghur in Conflict. In security’s case, it will hamper the opportunity for Turkey to get security’s support from SCO. In Economic’s case, it will hamper Turkey and China’s trade relation. In Prestige’s case, it will aggravate Turkey’s image.
