This research aims to explain the role of non-governmental organization (NGO) and Faith Based Organization (FBO), as the third actor in International Relations, and it is related to their role in the various countries in the World. The main issue in this research is the role of non-governmental organization (NGO) and Faith Based Organization (FBO) in international humanitarian missions. As for the role of NGOs and FBO in this research is the role of Muhammadiyah through Muhammadiyah Disaster Management Center (MDMC) on the delivery of humanitarian aid in the earthquake that hit Nepal in 2015.
