      Abstract
      This thesis aims to analyze about the role of International Labour Organization (ILO) on the eliminating child labour in the cocoa industry Republic of Cote d’ Ivoire. To analyze the problem, this thesis adopts the concept of international organization and the concept of foreign aid. To achieve success in overcoming the problem of child labour, it needs cooperation and good coordination between cocoa industry, international organization, NGO and the Governement of Cote d’ Ivoire. So International Labour Organization provided humanitarian development aid through International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC) and technical assistance through cooperation with other donors. Despite several attempts, this country still unable to solve the problem of child labour. However, the efforts of the ILO succeeded in reducing the number of child labour in Cote d’ Ivoire.
