| dc.description.abstract | Background: PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital is a type C hospital with 154 bed capacities. Operating Room in hospital was building with the conditions of the most tight , complex needs investments more compared with other function .The operation serves special to perform the act of surgically in an elective and cito.This unit located on the 4th floor adjacent to intensive care unit .
Method: The study used descriptive observational. Population consisted of all internal user in operating room. There are 20 samples as respondents.
Result and Discussion: Operating room located in the 4th floor hospital and adjacent to intensive care unit .Operating room having broad building around 50,4x18 meters . Operating room having four operating theater that consists of two large operating theater , one small operation theater , and one special operating theater equipped with surgical c-arm nerve. Width of operating theater 1= 6,3x6,3 meters, width of operating theater 2= 7,2x6,35 meters, width of operating theater 3= 7,2x6,35 meters, width of operating theater 4= 7,2x7,2 meters. Lighting in operating room = 348 lux, lighting in operating field= 18.160 lux. Humidity in operating theater is 44,3%. Temperature in operating theater= 27,3 oC. Noise in operating theater= 52,4 dB. Pressure in the operating room =1013.3 mBar same as pressure in corridor =1013.3 mBar. Airflow on diffuser non-asprating on operating table 0 ftm. Filterisasi showed index the bacterial according to standard. Technical aspects almost fulfill the standard, process and functioning aspect is not fulfill the standard yet.
Conclusion: Humidity, pressure, temperature, and noise are not fulfill the standard Kemenkes in 2012. Based on internal user perception technical aspects almost fulfill the standard, process and functioning aspect is not fulfill the standard yet | en_US |
