Turkish Foreign Policy under Adalet ve Kalkinma Partisi (AKP) using politic multidimensi to bring Turkey as the main actor in Asia, Europe and Middle East, Turkey aims is to reach all regional and to show with a new Strategic, Turkey will able to cooperate with any country, Turkey trying to open up himself Without having to isolate himself to the outsideworld. In this case Turkey come to Asian related Issue Ethnic Rohingya in Myanmar, even though not as the member of ASEAN, Turkey still come to provide humanitarian aid in rakhine and arakan or all people who need help after the conflict between Buddha and Islam in 2012 and also assisted by Internasional Institution. This research is to study Turkey`s policy under Akp and trying to analyze identity of Turkey by using constructivist approach.
