This research aims to explain the the reason why People’s Republic of China (PRC) choose The Central Asia to be the parts of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The research used qualitative design to gather description the reason why People’s Republic of China (PRC) choose The Central Asia to be the parts of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). Technique of data collection method is secondary data. Secondary data use literature material such as books, journals, and articles. Researcher also support data by downloading data on several site from internet which relevant with aim of the research. This research discuss analytical description about the reason why People’s Republic of China (PRC) choose The Central Asia to be the parts of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). SCO is the international organization that was initiated by the PRC to against the “Three Evils” .Three Evils is a problem that faced PRC and Central Asia’s Country the problem that called Three evils is Separatism, Terorrismand Ekstrimism. The SCO’s Member looked Three Evils as the big forces that disturb domestic stability in their country so they want to against Three Evils Together. As long as the development of this Organization, The cooperation isn’t about in Security but also Economic cooperation such as Energy Sector, investment sector and trade.
